These terms apply to your use of PilotBreak software at pilot.askqa.app and to fixed-fee audit or design-partner services sold by ASKQA (“PilotBreak”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, entering the demo, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
PilotBreak is a software platform for registering AI pilots and shadow tools, running diagnose–gate–prove workflows, and exporting board- and audit-ready reports. Professional services(AI Pilot & Shadow Audit, Design Partner engagements) combine the platform with human delivery; scope and deliverables are defined in a separate statement of work or order form.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for data entered into your workspace, including ROI figures and compliance mappings. PilotBreak supports governance workflows; it is not legal advice or a certification body.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, probe other tenants’ data, or abuse rate-limited endpoints.
- The read-only demo is for evaluation only — do not enter real employee or customer personal data into demo sandboxes.
3. Subscriptions & audit fees
- Published prices are in USD unless a local currency is explicitly quoted in your order (e.g. INR for India). Taxes may apply.
- Audit fee credit — when stated, the entry audit fee may be credited against a subsequent Design Partner engagement per the offer on the pricing page or your order form.
- Platform subscriptions — billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel with effect at the end of the current billing period; export your data before closure.
- We may suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice, or immediately for abuse or security risk.
4. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the PilotBreak software, templates, and methodologies. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data solely to provide the service.
5. Confidentiality & audit deliverables
We treat customer workspace data and audit findings as confidential. Deliverables (reports, registers, proof packs) are licensed to you for internal business use unless your statement of work says otherwise.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a particular ROI outcome, regulatory certification, or that AI pilots will succeed. Compliance mappings are assistive inventories — you remain responsible for legal compliance decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend for breach of these terms. On termination, export provisions in your order form or privacy policy apply to data return/deletion.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws specified in your signed order form, or otherwise by the laws of India with courts in Chennai, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
